Reading the runes

The first hurdle to jump in learning Georgian is to master the alphabet.


Several characters remind me of the glyphs used in astrology.

Letters don't seem to build on each other and there are some false friends that look like Latin characters but are not.

I'm back to primary school practice of writing and sounding each letter.
